Position: Food & Beverage Manager
About: Marty Sanchez Golf Course is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all facets of food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance. This role will be part of the hospitality team managed by Troon, focusing on delivering superior service in a club environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; one to two years of related experience and/or training; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws; excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; exceptional interpersonal skills
