Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; leadership experience required, preferably in a food service environment; flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; familiarity with all aspects of store operations, including foodservice; track record of effectively implementing change and achieving results; Serve Safe Certification; exceptional customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training skills
