Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Leadership experience required, leadership experience in a food service environment preferred; Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work 35 – 40 hours per week; Experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, and expense management; Proficient in all areas of store operations, including foodservice; Proven skills in exceptional customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training; Serve Safe Certification
