Position: Food & Beverage Manager
About: Wawa, a renowned food and beverage retail company, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; leadership experience required, food service environment leadership experience preferred; flexible availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in staff selection, training, and performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; proficient in store operations and change implementation; Serve Safe Certification; exceptional customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training skills
