Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience, private club or high-end resort preferred; Very strong beer, wine and liquor knowledge, especially in wine and spirits; Knowledge of liquor laws, compliance, and safety, as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages; Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and with minimal supervision; Professional appearance and engaging, enthusiastic demeanor; Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduling may vary based on business needs
