Position: Food & Beverage General Manager – Sun Bowl & Little Bear Café
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort is a year-round establishment located in Olympic Valley, CA. The resort comprises a quick-serve location along with a high-volume coffee shop, deli, and bakery. The key responsibilities include managing team performance, increasing sales and profitability, cost controls, training, menu creation, and staff retention. Experience in the coffee shop setting, particularly in managing both front and back of house operations, is essential for this role.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years of experience in a high-volume coffee shop with deli and bakery experience; 2+ years of experience in a high-volume back of house role; 1+ year of experience with sushi grade cuisine; 5 years of Food & Beverage Management and/or training; 3 years of supervisory experience; CA Food Handlers Card; State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
