Position: Food & Beverage General Manager – Auburn University
About: Proof of the Pudding is an award-winning catering company throughout the Southeast with a commitment to creating quality culinary concepts from scratch. Specializing in Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, Proof of the Pudding provides elevated concessions and premium offerings to various prestigious venues such as collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, and Professional Sports Teams. They are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee the premium operations at Auburn University, where Proof S&E is the exclusive food and beverage provider for various premium hospitality areas during football games and other events.
Requirements: Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field; 5+ years of leadership experience in Sports & Entertainment Operations, Food & Beverage, Operations Management experience in high volume stadiums or special events is preferred; Must live near or be willing to relocate to Auburn, AL
