Position: Food & Beverage (FOH)-Food Server Special
About: Provides prompt, courteous and personalized food and beverage service to every guest who dines in the restaurant. Takes and serves guests their food and beverage orders.
Requirements: Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; Must have a high school diploma; Must have legible handwriting; Two years waitperson experience preferred; Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all local, state, and federal regulatory permits as required by the position; Must be able to carry and balance a service tray on the shoulder; Ability to lift and carry large, heavy banquet and beverage trays weighing up to 30 pounds; Work may include weekends, nights, and holidays; Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
