Requirements: Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; Professional appearance and positive company image maintenance; Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays; Knowledge of wine and food pairings; Attendance in accredited Sommelier programs; Ability to work under stress and maintain high-quality guest service levels; Stand for extended periods; Tolerance for secondary smoke and high noise levels
