Position: Food & Beverage Director

Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; able to handle long hours and exert physical force when necessary; adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining guest satisfaction; attend required meetings and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
