Requirements: Stock bar, mix and prepare drink orders for guests and servers in a fast and professional manner; Ensure food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance, replenish if needed; Follow proper procedures in food sanitation; Store and maintain all equipment properly; Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines; Respond to guests’ requests and questions; Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard, Indiana Liquor Commission, and Health Department standards; Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly; Perform other duties as assigned
