Position: Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
About: A restaurant and lounge located in a casino is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage all food and beverage staff, analyze data, and implement business solutions to enhance the overall restaurant operations and guest experience.
Requirements: Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management or related field and three to five (3-5) years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience preferred; TIPS certification required; basic mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Info Genesis preferred
