Position: Food & Beverage Area Manager
About: Kentucky Kingdom Theme and Water Park is a vibrant destination where unforgettable memories are made. We are in search of an Area Manager who embodies our mission of creating memorable experiences for families and guests through fun, collaboration, and genuine hospitality. The Area Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional food experience, overseeing a team of up to 100 hosts, achieving financial targets, and advancing our business in alignment with Kentucky Kingdom’s values and standards.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent; Culinary School Diploma or Degree in Food Service Management or related field highly preferred; minimum 2 years’ Multi Unit Service Management experience; proven track record of advancement to higher levels of management required, with experience in the theme park, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred; strong business acumen and proven track record of strong financial growth; skilled in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.; ServSafe Certified or the ability to become ServSafe, Allertrain, and TIPS certified within the first 30 working days; must successfully complete a pre-employment offer background check and drug screen
