About: The Redondo Beach Hotel is actively searching for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations of the hotel including preparation, service, administration, and profitability.
Requirements: Experience in hiring, training, supervision, forecasting, budget preparation, and cost control in food and labor; effective forecasting, budget preparation, and cost control in food & labor
