Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor – The Candler Hotel, Atlanta
About: The Candler Hotel, a member of Curio Collection by Hilton, situated on famous Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to coordinate and manage all property food and beverage operations. The boutique-style hotel, originally built in 1906, offers luxurious accommodations and a unique hospitality experience with a historic touch.
Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations; ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests; capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach towards guests and employees
