Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only); Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required; Welcoming and helpful attitude; Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; Ability to work independently and in a team; Detail-oriented and able to follow processes; Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; Ability to handle cash transactions, climb ladders, and lift or move items up to 44 pounds; Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Capable of working in varying temperatures and handling common allergens; Mobile throughout scheduled shifts
