Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only); previous food or grocery experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail; capability to work independently and in a team; ability to handle cash register operations; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; ability to work in varying temperatures and handle common allergens; mobility throughout scheduled shifts; compliance with safety policies and procedures
