Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only); previous food or grocery experience preferred; welcoming and helpful attitude; ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capacity to work independently and in a team; ability to resolve guest queries promptly; maintain composure in a fast-paced setting; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to handle cash register operations; physically capable of climbing ladders, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, and working in varied temperature environments and with allergens.
