Position: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
About: Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations to ensure quality standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Develops specific goals and plans to organize work effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related area; OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
