Position: Food and Beverage Manager – The Langham, Boston
About: The Langham, Boston is one of the city’s most historic hotels and is one of the most iconic luxury hotels in the US. The Food and Beverage Manager plays a crucial role within the Food and Beverage team, responsible for meeting or exceeding the hotel’s service standards and revenue targets across all outlets. This position demands a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service, with duties extending to restaurants, bars, and room service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management in a 4-5 star hotel or independent restaurant; experience with and good understanding of F&B POS and F&B Menu knowledge; food safety knowledge; fluency in English; ServSafe Alcohol and/or TIPS certifications; ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.; ability to work long hours, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; legally authorized to work in the United States
