Position: Food and Beverage Manager, Starbucks – Hilton Anaheim
About: The Hilton Anaheim, a 1,574 room hotel situated in the heart of California’s famous Orange County next to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort, is seeking a Food and Beverage Starbucks Manager to join their dynamic team.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in the food and beverage industry; Proven experience in a cafe and coffee house environment or familiarity with these operations is highly desirable; Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams; Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to creating a welcoming and positive environment for guests; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with inventory management, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems; Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
