Position: Food and Beverage Manager, Progressive Field
About: Delaware North Sportservice, the company operating concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. The venue is home to Major League Baseball’s Cleveland Guardians, accommodating 35,041 seats.
Requirements: Minimum of seven years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a large-scale, high-volume venue; premium hospitality experience including luxury suites, high-end clubs, and VIP catering; strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising; experience effectively leading a team and commitment to guest service; excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptable and able to manage own time as well as the time of others.
