Position: Food and Beverage Manager – Portland Harbor Hotel
About: Portland Harbor Hotel, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking an engaging, friendly, and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all property food and beverage operations while controlling costs and driving guest and associate satisfaction. This position will also manage our Banquet Events and Restaurant. Colwen Hotels is a dynamic and growing hotel company with an extraordinary portfolio of award-winning hotels. We currently have 40 hotels in our portfolio operating across 10 states.
Requirements: 2 years Food and Beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred); excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure; T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certification (within 30 days if certification is expired); strong leader of people; excellent verbal and written communications skills; familiarity with common computer software programs, ability to operate POS system; must be willing to work 7-day rotating work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
