Position: Food and Beverage Manager in Training
About: MPCC, a prestigious private club, is offering a Manager in Training program for college graduates interested in pursuing a career as a Food and Beverage Manager. The program provides comprehensive training in various departments to equip candidates with the necessary skills and experience. This position is available starting May 2025.
Requirements: Enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude; hardworking, highly motivated; excellent written and oral communication skills; high level of attention to detail; drive to learn, ability to problem solve; prior hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred; recent graduate, or graduating senior, from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in hospitality business management; ability to work in a variety of work environments and roles – indoors, outdoors, seated, and standing/walking; ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends; final candidates will be subject to a background investigation
