Position: Food and Beverage Manager – IC New York Barclay
About: InterContinental New York Barclay, a luxury hotel in Manhattan since 1926, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage outlets. The hotel aims to provide a magical experience with elegant rooms and exceptional service, inviting guests to enjoy a blend of comfort and glamour in the heart of Midtown East.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one year supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant or similar setting; Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred. Must have the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds, move about the outlets, handle objects, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit required. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
