Position: Food and Beverage Manager for Health Care Services
About: Atlantic Shores, an award-winning continuing care retirement community located in Virginia Beach, is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the healthcare dining services team and ensure the provision of high-quality and nutritious foods to residents.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; a minimum of two years supervisory experience in food service operations of a health care setting; hold a C.D.M. certification in healthcare; certified in safety and sanitation in regards to food service; experience in a long-term health care environment is preferred
