Position: Food and Beverage Manager, Boise Airport
About: Delaware North Travel is seeking Food and Beverage Managers to join their team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. With multi-unit operations, this role offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment for organized individuals who can lead and manage teams effectively. Prior experience with new openings is a plus.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment; multi-operations management preferred; ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members; knowledgeable of best practices for monitoring food and labor cost, ordering, inventory, and food safety and sanitation; proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel; excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels; no degree required.
