Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to manage budgets and control costs; Proficient in menu planning and development; Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ServSafe certification is a plus
