Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Daniel Island Club is a private club located on the north end of Charleston’s Island town, providing year-round, family-friendly recreation for an active and diverse membership. The club offers extensive amenities including 36-holes of nationally ranked golf, a clubhouse with multiple dining options, resort-style pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience, private club or high-end resort preferred; Very strong beer, wine and liquor knowledge, especially in wine and spirits; Knowledge of liquor laws, compliance, and safety; Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and with minimal supervision; Professional appearance and engaging, enthusiastic demeanor; Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
