Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Requirements: Restaurant management experience is required for this role. Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume, full-service dining establishment; Manager Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service Training (or ability to obtain within 30 days); Proven leadership skills with experience coaching, directing, and motivating a team; Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations; Excellent decision-making and organizational skills; Positive, energetic, and detail-oriented personality; Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy; Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift plates, boxes, or other items as needed.
