Requirements: More than two years of post high school education; Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s); Hotel experience preferred; Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures; Supervision/management communication skills required; Ability to investigate and analyze information; Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans and budget forecasting; Effective verbal and written communication skills
