Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role; extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge; familiarity with restaurant management software; strong leadership and motivational skills; highly organized with attention to detail; self-motivated with high energy level; ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
