Requirements: University degree in Hotel/Restaurant management or related discipline strongly preferred; minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage leadership role; ability to work behind the bar and make cocktails; strong culinary and wine knowledge; sommelier qualification an asset; excellent organizational and computer skills; gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to work independently and in a team setting; ability to analyze data and create improvement strategies; results-oriented with flexibility under pressure; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
