Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Daniel Island Club is a private club located in Charleston’s Island town, providing year-round, family-friendly recreation for its diverse membership. The club offers 36-holes of nationally ranked golf, a well-appointed clubhouse with multiple dining options, resort-style pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness facility.
Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years previous management experience, private club or high-end resort preferred; very strong beer, wine and liquor knowledge, especially in wine and spirits; knowledge of liquor laws, compliance, and safety, as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages; ability to perform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and minimal supervision; professional appearance and engaging, enthusiastic demeanor; flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
