Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotel industry; previous leadership experience managing large teams in high-volume F&B operations; proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis; knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and health/safety regulations; ServSafe Manager Certification; ABC/RBS alcohol service certification; Food Handler’s Certification; strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems; ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
