Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is hiring passionate and talented hospitality professionals to join the newest luxury hotel in Seattle. The food and beverage manager position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service, satisfying guests’ needs, and optimizing financial performance while upholding hotel goals and objectives at Lotte Hotel Seattle.
Requirements: University degree in Hotel/Restaurant management or related discipline strongly preferred; minimum of 3 years’ experience in food and beverage leadership role; ability to work behind the bar and make cocktails; strong culinary and wine knowledge; sommelier qualification an asset; excellent organizational and computer skills; strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to analyze data and trends; results-oriented with ability to work well under pressure; fluent English skills; good communicator; basic computer proficiency; knowledge of F&B revenues and basic calculations; understanding of equipment and fixtures used in restaurant operations; food handler card or local equivalent; Class 12/13 alcohol permit or local equivalent
