Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: Myers Park Country Club is seeking a dedicated individual to join their collaborative Food & Beverage Management team. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the A La Carte and Banquet Operation, ensuring top-notch member experiences and meeting financial objectives for sales and expenses.
Requirements: Four (4) years of progressive responsibility in the food and beverage industry; Two (2) years of personnel management, preferably in a club/golf/hospitality/service industry; Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 25-50 pounds; Ability to walk or stand for extended periods; Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
