Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Shelborne by Proper is an iconic Miami beachfront hotel undergoing a holistic restoration and re-opening in 2025. The renovation will maintain the hotel’s 1940 art deco distinction while introducing four new food and beverage destinations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry; Previous experience managing large teams in high-volume F&B operations; Proven budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis skills; Knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and health & safety regulations; ServSafe, RBS, and/or TIPS certified
