Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, located outside of Austin, TX, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The club offers casual dining to fine dining experiences, aiming to maintain exceptional service reflective of international luxury standards.
Requirements: A degree in Hospitality Management preferred; Four (4) or more years in a management role in a fine dining establishment or related experience; Sommelier Certification from an internationally recognized institution preferred; Exposure to Food and Beverage standards and management in a luxury or international setting preferred; Knowledgeable of TABC, HACCP, and local food safety standards; Strong proven leadership abilities and vision for quality and excellence in hotel operations; Knowledge of various Operations and POS Software (TEI)
