Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Wayfarer Downtown Los Angeles, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day F&B operations. Situated in downtown Los Angeles, The Wayfarer DTLA captures varying markets with unique offerings, including a rooftop bar, event programs, and a design-forward, lifestyle feel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails and liquors; excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations calmly; observant, thorough, and able to anticipate bar needs
