Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two years Food & Beverage management in luxury world-class hotel; Two years technical Food & Beverage experience and/or equivalent combination of education & experience; Previous employee management in a union environment desired; Strong interpersonal staff and guest relations; Team-minded approach to fellow workers
