Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Requirements: Restaurant management experience required; minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume, full-service dining establishment; Manager Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service Training (or ability to obtain within 30 days); proven leadership skills with experience coaching, directing, and motivating a team; strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations; excellent decision-making and organizational skills; positive, energetic, and detail-oriented personality; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment; reliable, responsible, and trustworthy; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift plates, boxes, or other items as needed
