Position: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

About: Spruce Peak is a premier Vermont mountain community located at the pinnacle of Vermont. The Lodge and Club offer year-round adventures, destination weddings, and more in the scenic Green Mountains. They pride themselves on teamwork, high standards, and diversity. They are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations at the Alpine Hall, Tipsy Trout, and Whistle Pig Pavilion at the Lodge at Spruce Peak.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience required; College degree preferred. 1-2 years of prior Management experience required; F&B and Events/Banquets related experience preferred. Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros.
