With a focus on showcasing the work of local artisans, chefs, and craftsmen alongside musicians, The Joseph offers 297 well-designed rooms and suites, as well as 22,000 square feet of event space. The hotel’s art program features works from Tennessee artists and a renowned art collection, creating a unique and memorable experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel restaurants, particularly in luxury settings like Michelin Star or James Beard Award-winning establishments; proven leadership skills and a track record of leading large teams to deliver exceptional results; advanced knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service; excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
