Position: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
About: Hyatt Regency St. Louis is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the functions of the food and beverage areas, including restaurant outlets and bars within the hotel. Responsibilities include scheduling and training colleagues, recruitment, inspiring leadership, payroll submissions, promotion strategies, ensuring efficient service, and additional projects as assigned. Requirements: 4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (hotel experience preferred); experienced in restaurant finance, pricing, and cost control; high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Symphony/Micros, Oracle, Evention, and Canva programs; reliability with flexible schedule availability; strong time management, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance and confidence; ability to stand/walk/be on your feet for the majority of a shift; able to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight (around 35lbs or more)
