Position: Food and Beverage Manager
About: Midtown Athletic Club, a premier health and wellness destination, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the operations of its restaurant, room service, poolside outlets, and special event spaces in Chicago. The manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for club members and guests, in line with the club’s core values and brand ethos.
Requirements: 2+ years managing high-volume Food and Beverage or multi-unit operations in the hospitality industry; Experience managing a staff of 25+ associates; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on professionalism; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Silverware POS, CSI, and Maestro; Experience curating quality beverage programs; Strong business acumen and P&L experience; Excellent interpersonal skills; Availability for varied work hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
