Position: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, training programs, guest experience, and inventory management in a luxury hotel setting.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a leadership role of Hotel Restaurants; large volume exposure preferred; knowledge of Health and Sanitation Practices; working knowledge of wine, spirits, and beers; understanding of culinary terms and seasonality
