Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only); Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required; Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology; Ability to work independently and with a team; Attention to detail and ability to follow processes; Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment; Ability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in varying temperature and allergen-handling environments; Capacity to remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts.
