Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only); Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required; Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members; Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed; Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; Capability to work independently and in a team; Ability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds; Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Able to work in varying temperatures and handle common allergens
