Position: Food and Beverage Director – Talking Stick Golf Club
About: The Food and Beverage Director position at a company responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage operations according to company standards, reporting to the General Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma required; college degree or coursework in a related field helpful; minimum three years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry; proven familiarity with restaurant operations; knowledge of local safety and sanitation policies required; demonstrated results in menu costing, menu development, beverage operations, and P&L accountability; excellent team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; exceptional organizational skills and high standards of quality and service; ability to effectively hire, train, motivate, discipline, and terminate team members; proven ability to diagnose problems, motivate, and improve food and beverage results.
